Dear Valued Resident,

Per our previous communication to you, Mock Billing commenced on July 1, 2013. During this Mock Billing period, it was discovered that several of the third party utility providers frequently estimate utility consumption to provide residents a monthly bill. While this is a common and accepted business practice throughout the nation, it is not conducive to the RECP program. Estimated billing prevents the correct calculation of baseline usage.

Until we can determine an effective method of properly calculating baseline usage, we have delayed Live Billing indefinitely. You will continue to receive Mock Billing statements in the meantime.
